ITO Phone Tech
A phone repair and resale shop in Bletchley. Website, a full retail CRM, Google Ads and social media. Live, and I am still building on it.

500+ new customers through the shop in the three months since the work started, and still climbing.
Two problems at once
A repair shop competes on the same local searches as every other repair shop, so there has to be a reason to pick this one. And the business itself was running out of notes and messages, so even when a customer did come in there was nowhere proper to record the job, the device or the sale.
Fixing one without the other would not have helped much.
Prices up front, which answers the only question
Almost everyone ringing a repair shop is asking the same thing: how much and how long. Putting the answer on the page means the shop stops fielding the same call forty times a week and starts getting calls from people who have already decided.
- Fixed repair prices shown per device and per repair.
- Live trade-in prices, so somebody selling a handset can see what it is worth before they walk in.
- A page per device and per model, which is what people actually search.
- The shop address and today's opening hours in the header, because a local shop's address is the thing people want.
- 90 day warranty, every phone tested, same-day repairs, stated plainly rather than buried.
- Enquiry paths for the parts that genuinely need a conversation: selling a phone, accessories, anything unusual.
The CRM
A complete retail system, tailored to how a mobile shop actually runs rather than adapted from something generic: jobs, devices, repairs, stock, sales and customers in one place.
This is the part that is invisible from outside and is most of the work. It is also the reason this one is ongoing rather than delivered and left.
The marketing
I run the Google Ads and the social media accounts alongside the site, with conversion tracking wired up first so the spend gets judged on enquiries rather than on impressions.
What happened
More than 500 new customers came through the shop in the three months after the work started, and it was still climbing when I last checked. That figure is the shop's, not mine: it is what they counted through the door.
Where it is now
Live, and I am still building on it.

The numbers above are Pakistan and UAE, because that is where I am. WhatsApp costs you nothing to message from the UK and it is the fastest way to reach me: I reply within a day, and I answer these myself.
